Trueguideasia.com and the services of each of its modules are offered exclusively by Trueguideasia, 1880/c Palathingal Nedungadi line, Mankavu PO Calicut, Kerala, India, and its offer of such services are conditioned on the user's ("User") acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the pages of the web sites (www.trueguideasia.com). By accessing and using this website or any of its services, User shall be deemed to have agreed to all the terms, conditions, and notices in this Site ("Agreement") without modification.

This is a travel web site, promoting goods and services supplied by true Guide Asia and various third parties in the tourism sector, amongst which are hotels, tour operators (organizing guaranteed departure tours), publishers of travel books, independent official tour guides and similar tourism entities offering travel related services. Trueguideasia.com assists customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and makes legitimate reservations.
Use of site :
TRUE GUIDE ASIA's services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site.
Limitation of Use :
This site and its content, any products/services offered in any of the modules provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or modified, without the written permission of trueguideasia.com except that you may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only. For the Customer's information
When you become a customer of True Guide Asia you provide your name, address, telephone number, email address with a copy of your valid passport. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including:
(a) personal identification;
(b) to complete travel reservations;
(c) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary;
In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming your reservations
Use of personal information and Privacy
When you reserve or purchase travel services through True Guide Asia, information about you/your customer is provided to the airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your/your customers travel arrangements. Occasionally, True Guide Asia will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project.
Please be aware that True Guide Asia contains links to other web sites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which True Guide Asia has no responsibility. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices or policies of such web sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all such sites, as their policies may be materially different from True Guide Asia Privacy Policy.

Currency exchange rate indicator
Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate and actual rates may vary. TRUEGUIDE ASIA advises the customer to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates.
TRAVEL RESERVATIONS, TICKETING, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & CANCELLATIONS
Name on reservations
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling - no nicknames. The name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport or credit card.
Visas and documents
All required documentation for travel is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Each client must have a valid passport to enter INDIA. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter INDIA and those countries to which they are traveling. Visa requirements do change without notice and vary by nationality. Please visit the page "www.indianembassy.org" or "www.indianembassy.org/consular/visa_guide.htm" for Visa requirements. Visa information is based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. True Guide Asia advises the customer to consult the nearest Indian Embassy for the updated information.
Disability: Any physical or mental disability requiring special treatment must be reported to TRUEGUIDE ASIA at the time of the reservation.
What is not included in the rates
The following is a list of some major items that not included in the rates when you opt or purchase of any service from the websites of True Guide Asia and from the company/firm
Passport and visa fees, inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses prior to arrival in KERALA and before joining our team at the prescribed airport, camera fees, airport departure taxes, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified as being included, after dinner tea or coffee, any beverages such as mineral water, soft drinks or liquor, baggage handling, gratuities, using minibar and other extra hotel expenditures, except the complimentary offers by the hotels, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for TRUEGUIDE ASIA 's passengers, laundry, items of a personal nature and etc.
The rates
The dollar/euro is the currencies used for pricing throughout abroad India. All rates on our web-sites are in US Dollars, Euro and INR. For the Indian nationals who use the services provided by True Guide Asia INR is the default currency for pricing.
Payment
Payment of the services requested from TRUEGUIDE ASIA will be charged on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made after the total amount has been charged. TRUEGUIDE ASIA accepts Master Card and VISA credit cards for all purchases. Current billing address, phone information and other information requested must be included with every order. If you are not the holder of the credit card, in this case the credit card holder, whose name is printed on the card, should send a fax to our credit department at payments@trueguideasia.com , indicating your tracking number for the reservation along with a legible photocopy (front and back) of both his/her credit card and passport, credit card billing address, his/her day and evening phone numbers, and company name and address. If these documents are not received in 48 hours, TRUEGUIDE ASIA keeps the right to cancel the reservation. If any service or product is requested per e-mail or fax, you have to complete the credit card authorization form and send it to TRUEGUIDE ASIA, after receiving the availability confirmation from TRUEGUIDE ASIA. In such a case credit cards can only be processed after we have received the credit card authorization form signed by the cardholder. A cardholder cannot pay for another passenger unless the cardholder sends legible signed copies of passport or drivers license with front and back copies of the credit card.
Changes in the reservation
All changes after confirmation of the initial program are subject to a nominal fee of minimum $25. - depending upon the time and arrival, number of changes, partly cancellation of services, etc... This amount does not include the cost of additionally requested services, which are charged additionally.
TOURS - Hotels on the tours
All rates are given in per person in Double Room in First Class or best available Hotels in the region. Customers could upgrade the accommodation on the tours to Deluxe. It is subject to availability and supplement True Guide Asia keep the rights to substitute the hotels, if deemed necessary.
Meals
Meals, which are included on the tours, are
(1) Breakfast
(2) Lunch
(3) Dinner.
Sightseeing
Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is provided by car, mini- or minibus or motor coach depending to the size of the group and includes in general the services of English speaking guide. If you prefer any other language, please contact us as early as possible per e-mail or fax. TRUEGUIDE ASIA will try to arrange a guide in your own language. If the preferred language requires a supplement, we will inform you in writing ask for confirmation and payment. Again, this is just a service of TRUEGUIDE ASIA to its clients and TRUEGUIDE ASIA never guaranties the availability of the guide in the selected language.
Transfers
The customers will be picked up and dropped off at their hotels. Flight bags should be carried by tour members.
Smoking
In general smoking is prohibited on public places. You can smoke inside the cars and your hotel rooms.
Possible changes in the itinerary
Occasionally, the land portion of your tour may be extended or curtailed because of unforeseen changes in the transportation schedules. There may also be other instances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any saving realized by these changes will be passed on to the passengers, any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passengers.
Taxes and tips
Sales and VAT taxes are included in the quotation. However, additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. All taxes will be charged to you, whether it is included in the rates shown on the pages or not. Tips to the guides and drivers are not included
Right to refuse
TRUEGUIDE ASIA reserves the right to refuse any passenger any part of the travel services.
CANCELLATION
Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to ODS,

If cancellation is received in writing prior to arrival in INDIA, a refund could be made minus a administrative charge per person plus the applicable hotel booking charges, tour arrangements charges ,etc. cancellation fees, depending to the time until the check-in or departure date.
Tours Cancellation
TRUEGUIDE ASIA reserves the right to cancel any tour except those bearing the 'guaranteed departure' seal prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If TRUEGUIDE ASIA cancels any tour, tour members will receive full refund of monies paid.
If you cancel a tour and the written cancellation notice is received
(1) within more than sixty (60) days before departure, TRUEGUIDE ASIA will accept such cancellation and refund to the client after deducting a administrative fee of 10 %of the total amount.
(2) Between 60-31 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
(3) Between 30 - 16 days 20% of the total amount will be refunded to the client.
(4) Less than 15 days prior to departure, there is no refund.
If any person is removed from the trip by the operating company/individuals of that particular tour group, True Guide Asia's only obligation shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price, (in accordance with the operating tour company's approval) the numerator of which fraction shall be TRUEGUIDE ASIA cost for the person's unused services and the denominator of which shall be True Guide Asia cost for the person's entire trip.
Some packages are non-refundable. Different cancellation penalties may apply during holiday periods. TRUEGUIDE ASIA will not assume responsibility for any changes in travel arrangements made by the passenger after the departure date. All cancellations fees are imposed by hotels and ground suppliers. We advise you to purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover such cancellation fees assessed in the event of serious illness or other situations covered by the policy. You should understand that there are limits and exclusions to the insurance policy.
House boat cancellation
If a written cancellation notice is received not later than 15 days before check-in the houseboat TRUEGUIDE ASIA will accept cancellation and refund the payment, except for a min. USD 25.00 non-refundable administrative fee. Cancellations made within 15 days are subject to a fee equal to the first night plus tax.
Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
Modification
TRUE GUIDE ASIA may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. Accordingly, you agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and your continued access, use and/or posting on this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the changed terms, conditions and notices.
Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of TRUEGUIDE ASIA is strictly limited. As a tour operator, TRUEGUIDE ASIA organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including, but not limited to, surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations which ODS purchases or reserves from various suppliers. The suppliers providing travel services for ODS programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of TRUEGUIDE ASIA or any subsidiary company. For all other purposes, TRUEGUIDE ASIA does not act as an agent for any party whatsoever. TRUEGUIDE ASIA is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and / or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. you agree that neither TRUEGUIDE ASIA nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be lasle for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, defects in vechiles, break down equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules.
TRUEGUIDE ASIA shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result of changes in hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter related there to. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Each passenger waives any claim against TRUEGUIDE ASIA for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties. Any airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances.
All the programs and services within this web site are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual operation, circumstances beyond TRUEGUIDE ASIA's control require changes, TRUEGUIDE ASIA reserves the right to vary itinerary and substitute components of tour programmes. TRUEGUIDE ASIA further reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or boat charter, or any other. The prices advertised are subject to change without prior notice. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in this website. The terms under which you agree to take these tours cannot be changed or amended except in writing, signed by an authorized officer or agent of TRUEGUIDE ASIA. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are your responsibility. Each person is also personally responsible for any expenses such as theater tickets, souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal property or services purchased by such person during the package.
Insurance
TRUEGUIDE ASIA provides no insurance for its clients due to loss. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while traveling and / or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.
